Trout and Salmon Fishing

Two - 6 Hour Trips

• 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 1-4 Persons - $450.00
• 5-6 Persons - $525.00

One - 8 hour (full day) trip:

• 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• 1-4 Persons - $550.00
• 5-6 Persons - $625.00

Perch Fishing

One - 5 hour trip:

• 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 1-3 Persons (max) - $325.00
  (We will gut and pack your fish & provide bait and poles.)

To Book A Trip

First call to reserve your time and date for your charter. After contacting Captain Steve at 616.550.6248, you may use the "buy now" button and a credit card to pay the $100.00 deposit to confirm your reservation online, or you can mail a check to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be refunded only in the event of unsafe fishing conditions. Mail your check: J. D. Charters, 1242 Buth Dr. NE, Comstock Park, MI. 49321.

What do I Need?

All participants over 17 years of age are required to have a Michigan All-Species Fishing License:

• 24-Hour License: $7.00 (Resident and Non-Resident)
• Resident License: $28.00
• Non-Resident License: $42.00

Licenses may be purchased online from the Michigan DNR.

What Else Should I Bring?

Be prepared for the weather! Make sure to have a warm jacket, comfortable shoes, and of course a camera. Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages of their choice, and a cooler to transport their catch. We will clean and package the fish.
